May 6 - Field Day - 4th (9:30-11:30); 5th (1-3)
May 7 - Field Day - 2nd (9:30-11:30); 3rd (1-3)
May 9 - Field Day - Kdg (9:30-11:30); 1st (1-3)
May 15 - Pre-Kdg End of Year Program @ 9:30 am (this is a date change)
May 16 - Awards Program – 3rd @ 2 pm
May 17 -Kdg End of Year Program @ 9:15; 5th Gr. Picnic
May 20 - Awards Programs – 1st @ 9:30; 2nd @ 2:00
May 21 - Awards Programs – 4th @ 2:00
May 22 - Awards Program = 5th @ 1:30
May 23 - Last day of school (1/2 day for students 9-12
July 30 - Registration for school-year 13/14 (7-7)
August 5 - First day of school for grades 1-5 and staggered Kindergarten week

PTA Mission

To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before governmental agencies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children;

To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and
protect their children; and

To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools
of this nation.

PTA Purposes

To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship.

To raise the standards of home life.

To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.

To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.

To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
